MEET THE FOUNDER & BOARD PRESIDENT

Hey, I'm Rebecca

Rebecca Norris is the visionary behind Unity Wellness Project, bringing a unique combination of professional expertise and lived experience to her role. As a Board-Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Drugless Practitioner, RYT 200hr Yoga Trainer, and certified Kidding Around Yoga instructor, Rebecca leads with a deep understanding of trauma-informed care and holistic healing. She is also a Licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional and Certified Anger Management II provider (Court Approved), equipping her to serve individuals and families navigating complex life challenges.

Rebecca’s commitment to accessible, community-based wellness is rooted in her personal recovery journey and family mental health struggles. Her work reflects a deep belief that everyone deserves compassionate support, regardless of their background or income. At Unity Wellness Project, she creates spaces where healing, empowerment, and transformation are possible for all.

Shell'ey Earnest

TREASURER - BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Shell’ey Earnest serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors at Unity Wellness Project, bringing her professional expertise as an Occupational Therapist to the team. With a strong background in supporting people through physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges, Shell’ey understands the importance of holistic, client-centered care. Her clinical perspective enriches the organization’s approach to wellness, accessibility, and community healing.

Shell’ey is committed to advancing Unity Wellness Project’s vision of equitable, trauma-informed services for underserved populations. Her organizational insight, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit make her an essential part of the leadership team as they work to expand impact across Kitsap County and beyond.

Jillian Turnbull

SECRETARY - BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Jillian Turnbull brings a strong background as a small business owner and community service to her role as Secretary of Unity Wellness Project. She is the proud owner of Jillian’s Cleaning Service, a trusted local business known for its attention to detail and customer care. Her experience managing a service-based company gives her valuable insight into the operational and logistical needs of a growing nonprofit.

As a board member, Jillian is passionate about giving back to the community and supporting wellness initiatives that serve families and individuals in need. Her dedication, practical mindset, and heart for service help guide Unity Wellness Project in its mission to offer inclusive and trauma-informed care.
