Play-based, trauma-informed yoga that helps children build confidence, emotional regulation, and coping skills in a safe, supportive space. Sliding scale available.

A playful and nurturing yoga class designed for moms and their little ones (ages 3–6). Through gentle movement, breathing games, and partner poses, moms and children build connection, trust, and calm. Inspired by Kidding Around Yoga, this class blends fun activities for kids with mindful self-care for moms. Each session closes with relaxation, helping families leave refreshed and grounded.

Move, laugh, and breathe together in this all-ages class! Family Yoga is designed to strengthen bonds while building healthy habits. Expect interactive poses, partner activities, and playful yoga flows that kids and adults can enjoy side by side. With roots in SEL practices and Breathe For Change trauma-informed tools, families learn skills for calming the mind, reducing stress, and connecting at home. No yoga experience needed — just bring your curiosity and willingness to move together!
Restorative

A calming class focused on rest, recovery, and healing. Restorative Yoga uses supportive props, gentle stretches, and breathwork to help the body and mind release tension. Drawing from Breathe For Change’s trauma-informed practices, this class creates a safe, inclusive space for deep relaxation and inner balance. Perfect for anyone managing stress, recovery, or simply needing a pause from life’s busyness.
