For Kids

Wellness for Kids: Athlete Edition

Fridays at 5pm

Wellness for Kids: Athlete Edition is a free, movement-based wellness program for 2nd–5th graders designed to support confidence, emotional awareness, and healthy habits.

For Women

Streetlight Women's Circle

Sundays at 5pm

Streetlight Women’s Circle is a free, trauma-informed space for women to come together in connection and community.

No pressure to share. No advice-giving. Just space to be.


For Adults

Restorative Trauma Informed Yoga/Group

A gentle, trauma-informed class focused on deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Ideal for recovery, stress management, or simply slowing down.

Adult Yoga (in Person or Virtual)

A 60-minute class blending mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation to help you release stress and restore balance. All levels welcome. Scholarships available.

No prior yoga experience is required. All bodies, identities, and family paths are welcome.

Accessible Pricing: We offer sliding scale options and scholarships through Unity Wellness Project 501(c)(3). If cost is a concern, please reach out... wellness should never be out of reach.

Our programs are open to children, families, and adults of all backgrounds — especially those navigating trauma, recovery, or life transitions.

No experience needed! Our classes are accessible to all levels.
