Anger Management Support

Anger Management Specialist (CAMS-II, NAMA Certified)

Our Anger Management Support Services provide a safe, judgment-free space to understand and navigate anger in healthier, more effective ways. Using evidence-informed strategies and a trauma-responsive approach, we help you explore what’s beneath anger, identify triggers, and build practical tools that support emotional regulation and self-control.

Whether you’re dealing with stress, communication challenges, relationship conflict, parenting pressures, or court-recommended classes, we meet you exactly where you are.

We offer individual and group sessions, with a sliding scale available to ensure accessibility. Our program is approved for Bremerton Municipal Court (BMC) and Kitsap County District Court (KCDC) and can fulfill court requirements as needed.

Together, we work toward:

  • Understanding emotional patterns and triggers
  • Developing healthier coping strategies
  • Improving communication skills
  • Strengthening emotional regulation
  • Reducing impulsive reactions
  • Building self-awareness and confidence

These sessions are supportive, private, and personalized — designed to empower, not judge.

Anger is a human emotion, not a character flaw. With the right tools and support, you can build calmer, healthier patterns in daily life.

You don’t have to navigate this alone — we’re here to help you create lasting change.
